Our favorite hotel in Sanya, staff was loyal.

Hotel itself was deluxe. Stuff where amiable.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with its spacious and clean rooms, great facilities such as multiple swimming pools and beautiful gardens. The location was perfect, as it was very near to the hotel's beach. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety was offered. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This hotel’s exclusive amenities met our luxurious needs. The spacious room was elegantly furnished, with a huge balcony and a stunning view of the garden area. The outdoor pool provided the perfect place for us to relax and soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the restaurant’s wide range of delicious food, including special diet menus.

The service level was not up to par, with the staff lacking attention to detail. However, this was a minor issue and did not ruin our stay.

The breakfast was good, comfortable beds, friendly staff, beautiful gardens and pools, nice beach.

We had a wonderful holiday with lots to enjoy. The hotel location was perfect for us as it was just a few steps away from the beautiful beach and also close to some great local restaurants. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby attractions, which saved us a lot of money. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for breakfast, which was a complimentary service.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The room was not as clean as we expected and it was a bit noisy, so we had trouble sleeping at night.

The value for money at Westin Haitang Bay was worth it. The room was spacious and they had everything we needed for our kids. The location was perfect with a beautiful beach nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel has a great location near other restaurants and Atlantis water park. The beach is also nice to walk along. The room had decent facilities, with working wifi and TV. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

The Outdoor Swimming Pool surrounded by the Garden area was a great place to relax. Entertainment was provided in the evenings, adding a lovely touch to the atmosphere.

The only negative aspect was that the available breakfast options didn't match the lavish surroundings of the hotel. However, the Poolside Snack Bar made up for it, providing tasty treats throughout the day.
